Our weekend was spent really celebrating family and what a blessing they are in our lives. Not only are we blessed by our friendships but some of our best friends happen to be our family members. Matt's brother Eric and his wife Melissa (my college roomate) are just that - wonderful, dear friends. Our visit this weekend was so much fun, mostly because it was the first time that Lilly has really been able to play with her twin cousins. Hannah and Madeline are now 9 months old and getting more and more mobile everyday. Lilly enjoyed playing with them and even gave the girls a few hugs.
Another great part of our weekend was getting to see our good friends, Nate and Lisa Jarot, who are in the process of adopting a baby girl from Vietnam. Last Saturday they threw wonderful party to celebrate families and how God choses to bring them together. The event was called Family FUNDay and hopefully they were able to raise enough money to cover at least some of the expenses of bringing their baby girl home.

We had such a fun time with you guys. I am so glad that it worked out for you to come for the weekend. I wish that we could do it every weekend (or that we just lived a little closer!) Thanks again for being such a great photographer!
