I've (finally) got the bug to read some books. Generally the only reading I'll do is ESPN the magazine in the bathroom and Eric's blog every 15 minutes. When I was putting together my 101 goals, I knew a great way to improve on my life was to draw from the experiences of others. The problem is, I hate to read! I think in my life, I've read about 15 books and 14 of them were John Grishams. Also, I know that I need to start now because I really want to check off every one of those goals in the next 9 hundred and 90 something days - the last thing I'd want to do is have 15 days to go and need to read like 9 books. I intend to pace myself but I tend to get super excited about new "hobbies". It would not suprise me if I read 3 or 4 books by the end of September. I just started CS Lewis' "Mere Christianity". I skipped my post-church nap today and laid out on the hammock and read for about an hour and a half. I'm about a quarter of the way through it and it's REALLY good. So far he's focusing on basic human behavior and how that in itself is evidence that there's a God. I'll probably read for another hour or so tonight. I'll at least get to the part where Azlan comes in before I put it down. It's going to be so rewarding to tell people that I actually finished a book!

I'm sure you are tired of reading about my trip to the dentist by now if you are getting on every 15 minutes. Way to go on your reading. I have been trying to get myself to read more at night. It's not working so far. Good Job! Keep it up!
