I got the idea from my brother to tackle the challenge of completing 101 goals in 1,001 days. I immediately went into OCD mode and started a new excel sheet to write down my avalanche of ideas. I put down fun trip ideas, physical goals, family activities and so on. I couldn't be stopped! I'd worked on it for about 25 minutes and thought I had made a huge dent in this "assignment". I then used the excel function to auto-number my goals and was in awe to look and see that I had only put down 29! Man, this is going to be tougher than I thought... I talked to Eric and got some more ideas (some directly from his list). I've added some things that I don't WANT to do but would make for a fun challenge and many more things that should be a lot of fun to do over the next couple of years.
As I write this, my list is now at 76. I'll admit that I'll really be stretching to fill these last 25 spots. I want to make sure that my list is both fun and challenging and, most importantly, attainable within a 1,001 day time period. I'll post the list once I finish it and then start the timer! Think, Matt. Think.

Who knew it would be so hard to think of 101 things to do?

Wow Matt! Two posts in one day. You're setting the bar pretty high. Oh, by the way. That was a very well written description of your experience so far.
