Where everybody knows your name...

Well, for those of you who keep up to date on Matt's blog this will come as no surprise - the Weis Family has a new "place". I think that Matt has always longed to be a regular at some inexpensive eatery such as the diner on Seinfeld or in my case the coffee house on Friends. Well, he's found that place (or 36 of them to be exact) - George Webb a Wisconsin tradition. Matt had his first experience last week and then today treated us all to a very special lunch. I haven't been to a George Webb since high school and only then in the middle of the night so the bar was set pretty low. We ended up having a really nice lunch. Calvin had a good time, Lilly loved sitting in the booth like a big girl, I enjoyed my burger, and of course Matt loved it. I see why he loves it. It's just his kind of place - sports on the TV, a quick meal, laid back folks, and free wi-fi. What more could you ask for. Matt is a very loyal customer so I'm a little nervous we won't go to another restaurant again but I can't complain. It beats the Illinois equivalent - White Castle.
