With 31 goals completed, I'm almost a third of the way done! A few things on the calendar that I'm hoping to knock out in the near future are... get a legal will, 48 hours without meat, 10 vegetarian meals, and maybe 50 pushups. This weekend, I also have a 5k where I hope to beat my best time. I don't know if I've ever felt more pressure going into a race than I feel with the Blarney Run this Saturday. I consider myself a very easy-going runner and I'm usually happy with my results as long as I sweat a little and I didn't hurt myself. This weekend, I have a hard time (23:46) that I need to beat. I really want to do it on my first try because I don't really want to run any other 5k's - they're too expensive and they take time away from long runs and marathons. We'll see how it goes... Good thing I added the Wild Card!

For not ever "hurting" yourself, you seem to be in a lot of pain after a race.... but I know what you mean. (No injuries.) Have fun, Matt. I'll be proud of you no matter what time you do. Just participating and finishing is an awesome accomplishment!
Compared to what most people who even attempt a marathon go through you seem to be in very little pain. I'm amazed at how much you have been able to do only a few hours after each race. Keep it up, hon!
