Push Ups / Sit Ups update

For the last 3 and a half weeks, Gretchen and I have been doing multiple sets of push ups and sit ups 3 days a week. Here's the push up program and here's the sit up program. My goal is to be able to (easily) do 50 push ups and 100 sit ups at the end of the 6 week program. So far it's going very well. The program is designed to get you up to 100 push ups and 200 sit ups (double my goal!). I feel very confident that I could do 50 push ups right now. The sit ups will be a bigger test. At least I'm getting to a point where I'm not sore all day after doing these exercises in the morning. Below is the mental image I have of what I'll look like in another 2 and a half weeks.

I'm confused... you already look like that. You just don't wear that outfit enough. :)
