We got a van! Gretchen's been hauling the kids around for way too long in our old 1998 Camry. It was a very good car, it just started getting louder and louder and crowdeder and crowdeder. (I don't think that's a real word - I just like the the sound of it). We've been looking for a while and finally found a van that we liked. The dealership let us test drive it over night and after having it for 18+ hours, we thoroughly examined it and knew that this was the van for us. It's an 8-passenger Toyota Sienna. Gretchen likes it because of the room and I've wanted a mini-van since I was in high school - dead serious. So... who wants to go on a road trip?

A van is in our future, but I'm not sure what make/model. I don't think I'm quite as excited about getting a van as you were, but... that's cool. You guys should take a road trip to Rockford! Rockford Rocks!!

Rockford is where we took our "maiden voyage". They let us test drive it for the night so we took it down to Rockford for dinner and back.
OK....road trip...come HERE asap. only have vacancies until oct 15. Then we are sold out of rooms until oct 29th.!!!

Matt! You did not want a minivan since high school! You crack me up! I'm quite the opposite and very anti-minivan. Although everyone that has one does seem to like them a lot:) Have you been running any marathons lately?
