Melissa came over this morning to cut Lilly's hair. Lilly has always said that she doesn't want her haircut but I never would have thought that she would cry the entire time. And that is exactly what she did. I wouldn't have made her go through with it but her hair is getting harder and harder to manage. The curls can easily turn into tangles making it even more difficult to brush. Plus, Mel only took a 1/2 inch off... if that. Hopefully she'll forgive me someday.

This is hilarious, but I agree with Laura, poor girl! We're planning on cutting Maddie's hair sometime in the next couple of days - I was going to show her this post of Lilly getting her hair cut but maybe I'll wait until afterwords to show this to her:)

Meliss, You can show Maddie Jadyn's pictures (http://themasbruchfamily.blogspot.com/2009/10/jadyns-first-haircut.html). It's not as scary :) Jadyn loved it... of course, Jadyn didn't beautiful curls being chopped off like Lilly :)

The expression on both of your faces in the first picture is a riot! So funny...what a little draa queen. I think you're going to have your hands full when she's a teen. :) I have two toddler boys, but they both still cry when they get their har cut. The don't like the clippings in their eyes.
