When I was in Minneapolis with Eric a couple weeks ago, we stopped at The 5 8 Club to try the famous "Juicy Lucy".
The Juicy Lucy is a world famous burger that's unique because they form the patty around the cheese. Because the cheese is in the meat, it stays hot enough that it stays melted all the way down to your happy belly.
I did the peppercorn cheese.
Absolutely delicious. I'd heard about this place because "Man Vs Food" did an episode at the 5 8 Club and I knew that the next time I was in Minneapolis, I had to try a Juicy Lucy! Thanks for indulging me, Eric!
