Super simple. Just mix it all together and bring to a low simmer.
All done.
This was my immediate reaction after tasting it. I didn't know that there was a camera on me. It took 5 minutes to make and was very similar to the Chili's queso. Gretchen and I agreed that this recipe had a tad more "kick" but was still very good. It was even tasty enough to negate the sad vibes from watching "The Vow".
