We read this for a small part of our small group at Church. A big part of the book is interpreting the results from an online assessment that helps you find your strengths at work. It was a pretty neat little project and it told me a lot about myself. My 2 biggest roles are "Influencer" and "Pioneer". This was reassuring because the results suggested that I may make a good sales person. Phweewww!!!
