If you know me well at all you know that I LOVE LOVE LOVE Christmas Cards. love. I love getting them, reading them, taping them to a door in our kitchen, showing the kids pictures of friends and family, hearing about what our loved ones years have been like (even the ones I talk to daily). I love seeing how creative my friends are, and I love making our card each year. This year is no different. Let's just say that it's been a long December. My apologies if you didn't want to be humming Counting Crows for the next hour but it has been a looooonnnnnnggggg December. God is still so good to us. We feel His love and so many of His blessings but sometimes things just get all piled on at once. I'm sure you know the feeling.
So, this is our Christmas-Card-that-never-was-turned-Blog-Post. yup. No actual card this year but I did manage to get a few photos and pull them together.
If you are reading this please know that we truly hope that you have a wonderful Christmas. Our prayer is that you feel the Lord's presence just as much as Mary and Joseph did in that stable on the night when Christ came into the world. We pray that He changes your life just as much as he did theirs and as he continues to shape and change ours.
All our love,
The Weis Family
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. 1 Timothy 1:15
