This weekend we had a great time camping with great friends. We went up to the Elroy-Sparta Trail in Northern Wisconsin. It's an old train track that has been converted to a bike trail. It was so much fun to get out on a beautiful day for a bike ride with friends. We ended up only going 20 miles, which only took us through one tunnel but it was neat to see. The tunnel was about 1/4 mile long - but very dark and a little scary. Lilly didn't seem to mind. She was comfy in the burley armed with her blankie and cow flashlight. We enjoyed a picnic lunch and played at a great little playground that even had a merry-go-round! After our bike ride we all headed to the campground pool to cool off. Lilly was in heaven playing in the water. I think we all loved having such a nice swimming pool right on the campground.
After dinner on Saturday night we all headed over to the campground mini-golf course. Lilly and her friend Connor were great little helpers! They were both doing really well considering what a long day we had without any naps! This may have been the first camping trip EVER that we haven't taken a nap. There was just too much to do!
