Thank you, loyal readers, for the suggestions on replacing # 53. I've even decided to use one of the suggestions - my own. I wanted to keep a relationship-geared goal so I wouldn't have to re-arrange the whole list. I've decided to put "Run a marathon with Eric" on the list. We're already signed up for the Tecumseh Trail Marathon on December 6th. We don't see each other very often anymore and I'm really looking forward to doing this with Eric. Having the goal to check off will make it that much sweeter.

Suggestions Update...
I also believe that it's only fair that I get to check off a goal every time I do a marathon. I think that using a marathon as a sort of "Wild Card" will give me a much better shot to get all 101 goals checked off in time. Each additional marathon I do after the December marathon will count as a Wild Card and take the place of another goal. There are still a ton of very attainable goals on the list, it's just that I can tell a few of them are going to be difficult (logistically or financially) to get done or just seem lame to blog about. I don't know how many marathons I'll do, I just know that this will be a fun way to keep me looking for that next race. For now, the only qualifier I'll put on the Wild Card is that it can't be used for any of the Spiritual goals.

Hopefully at the end of the 1001 days you're not doing 2 marathons a weekend. That would definitely make you a marathon maniac!
I am so glad that you and Eric enjoy doing things together. And... these are big things! I love you both very much!
Matt and I are bummed that you didn't pick babysit the Buntrock boys! I bet you would close to the length of a marathon chasing Casey around:)Congrats on your last race!
