I would have to say that one of the things that I am most thankful for are our friendships. We have been blessed by so many Godly friends, and not just Matt and I, Lilly has wonderful friendships as well. I look forward to seeing her friendships develop and grow over time. It's already fun to see her grow with the same group of friends she has had all her life. On Friday we had all our friends over for a play-date. Our cozy little house was packed to the brim with car seats, toys, diapers and little voices. It proved to be crazy but fun morning. In all we had 9 moms and 14 children! What a fun time!
After all the chaos and after a few friends had left we were ready for a little peace and quiet. Thomas the Train came on and instantly our rowdy toddlers were perfectly still. Who knew trains were so interesting!? (Pictured from left to right: Jack Poelzer, Connor Sohre, Elijah Boeck, Casey Buntrock, and Lilly.)
Here is a picture of those same 5 cuties taken just 7 months ago. They grow up so quickly! Now they are all (or about to be) big brothers or a big sister.

Lilly really has a lot of boys to pick from for future dates, huh? Lucky girl.
Matt never dated any of the little girls he grew up with! At the time I was a little sorry, but he wound up with the most wonderful girl a mom could ask for her son. I love you all!
Notice who Lilly is sitting next to in both pictures! Coincidence? I think not!
That is a great picture. I love how many little friends that our children have. Thanks for having all of us over Gretchen. Jack, Drew, and I had a great morning thanks to your hospitality!
