88. Eat 10 Vegetarian Meals


This was way too easy... I could have checked this off months ago. I didn't realize how often I eat meals that don't have meat (I'm obviously not counting cereal). I checked it off today when Gretchen made some delicious gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. The trickier goal will be to go for 48 hours without meat. Here and there a vegetarian meal is acceptable but to go for 2 days straight is tough. To borrow a line from my friend Bud, "If God didn't want man to eat animals, why did he make them out of meat?"

I'll bet you've gone 2 days without meat without even thinking about it either! Eat some cheese sandwiches or quesadillas, peanut butter, tuna fish, bean nachos, taco salad without meat and you've done it!
