33. 100 Sit Ups without Stopping
There are countless things that I don't like, many things that I can't stand and just a handful of things that I really hate. I really hate sit ups.
I put this as a goal because I knew it would help me to be a more-balanced runner and cyclist and it might even make my pants fit a little looser (Gretchen, I need new pants.) Over the last several months, I've done sit ups and push ups 3 to 4 days a week. I started at 25 of each and increased by 5 each week. I maxed out at 65 push ups a few weeks ago but I kept going with the sit ups until I hit 100 for the first time, Monday morning.
Surprisingly, I've maintained my push ups... I do 50 before every run to get the blood going. I'm getting quicker and quicker too... I can do 50 push ups in 40 seconds. Now, to relax and let my body transform back into the blob.

Way to go!
I feel like I am topping out on sit ups. 100 feels like it is miles away. Hopefully I can keep going and get this one. Great job!
You'll get it... I felt that way too. Just stick to increasing a little each week and you'll be surprised how easy it comes.
I got 85 this morning!
