The other day a friend of Matt's asked him what is the big deal about Taylor Swift. I was stunned. The "big deal"??? I thought that everyone else in America loved her as much as the Weis family does. Maybe it's because Lilly is always dancing around the house singing "Love Story" or because Taylor's crazy blonde hair reminds us a little of our own little crazy haired daughter, or maybe it's because Taylor is just so darn cute but whatever the reason I figured everyone else who reads my blog should love Taylor too. So here are a few of my favorite Taylor moments. Enjoy!

I think it's funny that when you are a toddler, you really have no choice as to what kind of music you enjoy. You simply enjoy what your parents play for you. For example, Laura wrote a post about Jadyn singing and dancing to Beyonce... my kids have never even heard Beyonce!! Lilly enjoys Taylor Swift because you enjoy it... but has Lilly ever heard Beyonce? :) And my kids know every lyric to the Glee soudtrack, High School Musical, and the musical Hairspray.... I guess our kids are just stuck listening to what their parents enjoy, hee hee!! Wonder what Hannah and Maddie enjoy listening to? Probably Christmas music!!!! :)
Haha - That's funny. No, Lilly doesn't know who Beyonce' is or HSM. :)
Ha ha!! For the record- I do not listen to Beyonce! :) But since Brad hates country... when we're in the car we compromise and listen to the top 40 stuff. And sadly that has had a greater impact on her then my real music choices. She should love country, Jewel, and Brandi Carlile. There's still hope... maybe I'll have better luck with Ashton :)
