I really enjoy making our own decor for our new house. I like making things that are special and that can match anything we already own. Here's a sign that Gretchen and I made together.
Lilly and I sanded the boards down so they looked worn and Gretchen finished up with the hard part. She's phenomenal at this stuff!
Matches the duvet and curtains perfectly :) Also, the "Be nice or LEAVE" pillow's not ours. Doesn't send a great message for a bedroom, does it? Gretchen made it for a present and it's staying on our bed for safe keeping. I'm 60% sure that that person won't read this blog post before Christmas. Whoops!
