17. Florida

  Gretchen and I spent a long weekend in Miami with our good friends, Bud and Jessica.  We were in Florida from Friday to Tuesday and had a ton of fun.

Here's what we did ALL day.  It was fantastic.  Sometimes we'd take a break from the beach to go play cards.

  No part of Miami felt like America.  It's VERY diverse - the whole time we were there, we joked if it was safe to drink the water or if we could get a discount if we paid in "American".  I thought it was hilarious every time even if other people thought it was getting old.  What a great time - Here's Gretchen's (much better) post on our family blog about the trip. :)
